Getting Started

Every engagement starts with an interest form through COAE, the region's trusted convener of nonprofit leaders, followed by an intake form and discovery call with our service team lead. From there, we will put together a proposal and contract built around what you need. Once that is signed, onboarding begins with an assessment of where you are today, which shapes your workplan.
